Online Policy Administration System

Via a web browser, independent agents can write new policies, make policy changes (endorsements), accept payments, produce all required forms, and display policy history and status. OPAS also includes an extensive set of back office reports.
OCAS
Online Claims Administration System
A web-based application that handles all aspects of personal auto claims administration. This includes a diary system, forms generation, loss and loss adjustment expense payment (including check printing), and integration with an electronic document management system. OCAS also includes extensive back office reports for losses incurred, loss ratios, etc.
CUSTOMER PORTAL
Online access for policy holders to access their policy information, submit payments, make policy changes, and submit claims without having to go through their insurance agent or make a phone call.
